To be eligible for a refund, kindly initiate the return process within 30 calendar days from your purchase date. The product must remain in its original condition, undamaged, and unused.

 

Upon receipt of your returned item, our dedicated team will meticulously inspect it before processing your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
